Job Description
Rise and Grind Fitness is looking for an energetic, motivating, and knowledgeable fitness professional to lead group strength and resistance training classes with opportunity to help grow our personal training and sports performance programs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping people improve their health and performance while building their own client base in a supportive, team-oriented environment. Personal Training is optional but helpful as we have a waitlist of people looking for personal training and you would set your own training schedule. We also have batting cages/small turf area if you're looking to get into softball/baseball lessons or other 1:1 or small sports team skills training on the turf. We're looking for someone who enjoys coaching adults in a group setting, working with athletes of all ages, and creating an engaging training experience that keeps members coming back. Responsibilities Group Fitness Instruction Lead safe, effective, and high-energy group strength and resistance training classes. Demonstrate proper exercise technique and provide exercise modifications when needed. Create a motivating, welcoming, and inclusive class environment. Ensure participant safety by correcting form and monitoring workouts. Arrive prepared and maintain a professional, organized coaching environment. Personal Training (optional) Build and maintain your own personal training clientele. Conduct fitness assessments and develop individualized training programs. Track client progress and adjust programming as needed. Develop strong relationships that encourage long-term client success and retention. Sports Performance Coaching (optional) Coach youth and high school athletes in strength, speed, agility, power, and injury prevention. Teach proper movement mechanics and strength training fundamentals. Assist with testing, performance assessments, and progress tracking. Foster confidence, discipline, and athletic development in a positive training environment. Ideal Candidate You are someone who: Brings positive energy and professionalism to every class.
