Part-Time Morning Schedule:
Monday thru Friday (5:30 am to 10:30 am) UPLIFT is a private fitness studio dedicated to delivering exceptional training. Our knowledgable team is built on professionalism, passion for health, and commitment to our clients. We are seeking an energetic and motivated Personal Trainer / Small Group Coach to inspire and guide clients on their fitness journeys. In this dynamic role, you will deliver personalized workout plans, lead engaging group fitness sessions, and foster a motivating environment that encourages clients to achieve their health and wellness goals. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, has strong leadership and organizational skills, and genuinely loves fitness and people. Your expertise in coaching will help clients improve their strength, endurance, and overall well-being. Required Responsibilities:
Design and implement customized workout programs tailored to individual client needs and goals Lead small group fitness classes with enthusiasm, ensuring safety and engagement for all participants Provide expert coaching on proper exercise techniques, body mechanics, and injury prevention Conduct fitness assessments, track progress, and adjust programs accordingly to optimize results Maintain high standards of client service by building rapport, communicating effectively, and motivating clients throughout their sessions Ensure safety protocols are followed by demonstrating knowledge of first aid, CPR, AED operation, and manual handling procedures Promote fitness services and programs to clients to support retention and growth within the facility Collaborate with management on marketing campaigns and promotions Gather social media content
Required Experience:
Proven experience in personal training and group fitness instruction Demonstrated ability to motivate clients through coaching techniques and positive reinforcement Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and body mechanics A valid training certification as well as certifications in
CPR & AED
Experience creating personalized workout plans based on client assessments and goals Proven success in client retention and sales growth Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Background in fitness sales or customer service within a health club or gym environment preferred How to
