Competitive hourly wage based on experience + commission opportunities after training KMF Fitness Club is looking for an energetic, hardworking, people-first Fitness Coach who wants more than just a job teaching classes. Compensation & Growth Your starting hourly rate will be based on experience and we provide training to help you learn the KMF system. Once fully trained, there are also opportunities to earn commission on top of your hourly wage through sales and other performance opportunities. For someone who performs well and wants more responsibility, there is significant earning and career growth potential within KMF. We are a fast-growing, community-driven fitness company, and our Levittown location is intended to be the first of many KMF locations . WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Ideally, you have experience in group fitness, personal training, sales, or the fitness industry , but we care just as much about who you are as what's on your résumé. We can teach skills. We can't teach someone to care. We're looking for someone who is: Hardworking and dependable Energetic and comfortable talking to people Knowledgeable and passionate about fitness A quick learner who takes coaching well Comfortable with sales and learning our sales process Community-oriented and genuinely enjoys helping people Willing to clean, organize, and take pride in the studio Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Interested in growing personally and professionally Able and willing to work early mornings, including arriving as early as 4:30 AM Group fitness and sales experience are strongly preferred, but we will train the right person.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

This isn't a position where you clock in, teach one class, and leave. You'll become an important part of the KMF team and member experience.

Responsibilities may include:

Coaching high-energy group fitness classes Helping members with proper exercise form and technique Building genuine relationships with members Conducting outreach to prospective and former members Following up with leads and helping convert prospects into members Learning and participating in the KMF sales process Supporting member accountability and retention Keeping the studio clean, organized, and ready for every class Helping with events, promotions, and community initiatives Doing whatever is reasonably needed to help the team and studio succeed
