This is a part-time, session-based opportunity for a trainer who is passionate about helping clients reach their goals through effective coaching, accountability, and a high standard of professionalism. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, confident working with a wide range of clients, and able to provide a positive training experience that keeps clients engaged, progressing, and returning consistently. We are looking for someone who is driven, coachable, and excited to grow with a premium fitness environment. Responsibilities Conduct fitness assessments and develop individualized training programs. Train clients one-on-one in person in a commercial gym setting. Support client retention through strong communication, professionalism, and follow-up. Assist with lead follow-up and client conversion when needed. Deliver safe, effective, and results-driven training sessions. Maintain a high level of energy, punctuality, and client service. Create a positive and motivating experience for clients of all backgrounds and fitness levels. Contribute to content creation and brand presence when needed. Qualifications Active CPT certification required. Active CPR certification required.
