Coach — Long Beach, NY Part-Time | Hourly | Join Us Before We Open Our Doors

THE MISSION

At SWEAT440, the coaching staff is the heartbeat of the brand — the person every member looks to for energy, form, and motivation. We're building that team now, before we even open, because the coaches who help us launch are the ones who'll define what this studio feels like. This is a two-phase role. Before we open, you'll be out in the community helping us build buzz, sign up founding members, and run the boot camps that introduce Long Beach to the

experience. Once our doors open in February, you'll transition into your full role as an in-studio Coach, leading members through our signature 40-minute classes. We hire for character, energy, and heart — then we teach everything else through hands-on training and a structured coaching development program.

WHAT YOU'LL DO BEFORE WE OPEN

(Now

•February) Community & Pre-Sale Support Plan and lead outdoor and indoor boot camp workouts to introduce SWEAT440's training style to the Long Beach community — $30/hour Represent

at tabling events, local markets, and community pop-ups, including weekends as needed — $20/hour plus commission on each founding membership sold Help build early buzz and excitement for the studio's grand opening Support the pre-sale team by capturing leads and following up with prospective members Attend team trainings to learn SWEAT440's programming, coaching cues, and class format ahead of launch

WHAT YOU'LL DO ONCE WE OPEN

(February Onward) Class Delivery & Coaching Excellence — $35

•45/hour Lead members through 40-minute classes safely and effectively — every fitness level, in the same room Demonstrate every movement in the programming library, including regressions and progressions Correct form in real time and keep energy high throughout class Approach members proactively — greet by name, notice when someone's struggling, celebrate their wins
