Job Summary
WEDNESDAY MORNING AVAILABILITY
We are seeking an energetic and passionate Kickboxing Instructor to lead dynamic fitness classes that inspire participants to achieve their health and wellness goals. In this role, you will design engaging training sessions, demonstrate proper techniques, and motivate individuals of all skill levels. Your expertise in kickboxing, sports coaching, and physical education will help create a motivating environment where clients can build strength, confidence, and endurance. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to share your love for kickboxing while fostering a fun, safe, and inclusive atmosphere for all participants. Duties Lead high-energy kickboxing classes tailored to various skill levels, ensuring proper technique and safety at all times Develop innovative workout routines that incorporate martial arts fundamentals, cardio conditioning, and strength training Provide clear instructions and demonstrations to help participants improve their skills and achieve personal fitness goals Monitor participant progress, offering encouragement and constructive feedback to boost motivation Maintain a safe environment by enforcing behavior management policies and ensuring proper use of equipment Conduct safety checks on training gear and facilities regularly, including AED operation readiness and first aid supplies Communicate effectively with clients to address questions, provide guidance, and foster a positive class experience Skills Proven experience in Kickboxing with the ability to teach techniques confidently Strong background in sports coaching or physical education instruction, especially with children or youth groups Excellent communication skills for engaging with diverse clients and managing group dynamics Experience working with children or students in a sports or fitness setting, demonstrating patience and behavior management skills Knowledge of AED operation, first aid, CPR certification for emergency preparedness Familiarity with sports-specific training instruction including soccer coaching, basketball or cheerleading is a plus Ability to lead team-oriented activities while promoting safety, discipline, and enthusiasm during classes Join us as a Kickboxing Instructor and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to empowering individuals through fitness. $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
