Pilates Instructor (Training Provided) Are you passionate about movement, wellness, and helping others feel their best? We're looking for motivated individuals to join our Pilates team in downtown Oswego, NY. No prior experience or pilates certification is required—we'll provide the training! If you have experience in yoga, pilates, or other fitness practices, that's a plus—but the most important thing is your enthusiasm and willingness to learn. About the Role As a Pilates Instructor, you'll lead reformer pilates classes for clients of all levels in a welcoming, calming environment. You'll learn how to inspire, motivate, and guide clients while creating a strong sense of community. What You'll Do Teach group and individual Reformer Pilates classes (training provided). Offer modifications to meet clients' needs and abilities. Create a safe, positive, and motivating atmosphere. Encourage consistency and progress for every client. What We're Looking For No certification required— we provide training. Prior experience in yoga, Pilates, or group fitness is a plus, but not required. Great communication and people skills.
