Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and motivated NASM or ACSM Certified Personal Trainer to inspire and guide clients on their fitness journeys. Duties Develop customized workout programs tailored to individual client needs, goals, and fitness levels, incorporating principles of biomechanics, anatomy, and physiology Provide motivational coaching to encourage clients during workouts, ensuring proper technique and safety at all times Conduct fitness assessments and monitor progress to adjust training plans accordingly Educate clients on nutrition, body mechanics, injury prevention, and healthy lifestyle habits Maintain accurate client records, session logs, and progress reports to track improvements over time Promote fitness services through engaging sales techniques while building strong client rapport and trust Ensure safety by adhering to first aid protocols, CPR/AED operation, manual handling procedures. Qualifications Proven experience in personal training and/or group fitness instruction with a strong understanding of body mechanics and program design Certification as a Personal Trainer from NASM or ACSM is required CPR/AED certification is mandatory Knowledge of biomechanics, anatomy, physiology, nutrition, and injury prevention strategies Experience teaching physical education or group fitness classes preferred Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate diverse clients and foster lasting relationships Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively during training sessions Prior experience working in a health club or gym environment is highly desirable Demonstrated sales skills within the fitness industry to promote services effectively First aid certification and familiarity with AED operation for emergency preparedness Join us as a Certified Personal Trainer and help individuals unlock their full potential through expert guidance, personalized programs, and unwavering support. $16.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 6.0 per week
