We are continuing to expand our Pilates program and are looking for an instructor who can deliver high-quality, personalized classes while creating an experience that keeps members engaged and excited to return. About our

Reformer Program:

Our dedicated Reformer studio features 6 Reformers and 1 Cadillac , allowing our instructors to work with smaller groups and provide members with more individualized attention. In addition to our Reformer studio, Hydrogen Fitness has two additional studio spaces that allow our Pilates instructors to expand their presence within the facility: A heated studio for Hot Mat Pilates and other heated formats A larger Group Fitness studio for Mat Pilates and large-group classes There are also opportunities for qualified instructors to build a 1:1 private Pilates clientele within the facility.

Current Availability Needed:

We are especially interested in instructors who can teach during one or more of the following time blocks:

Saturday & Sunday:

Approximately 9:00 AM-11:00

AM Monday & Thursday:

Approximately 5:00 PM-7:00 PM Candidates do not need to be available for every listed time. Please include your current availability when applying.

What We're Looking For:

Has Reformer Pilates teaching experience and appropriate Pilates certification/training Is confident programming safe, effective, full-body Reformer classes Can work with different fitness levels and provide modifications or progressions when necessary Brings strong energy, communication, and personality to their classes Understands that member engagement and relationship-building are an important part of creating a successful class Is dependable, professional, and consistent Is interested in becoming part of a growing fitness community rather than simply teaching a class and leaving Experience teaching Mat Pilates, Hot Pilates, Group Fitness, or private Pilates sessions is a plus and may provide opportunities for additional hours.
