Responsibilities include:
- Deliver exceptional one-on-one assisted stretch sessions
- Create an outstanding client experience during every visit
- Educate clients on the benefits of stretching, mobility, and flexibility
- Motivate and encourage clients throughout their wellness journey
- Build long-term relationships that drive member retention
- Maintain accurate client notes and progress tracking
- Ensure all sessions are performed safely using StretchLab's proprietary methodology
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio
- Support studio events, promotions, and membership growth

- Exercise Physiology Professional
- Chiropractic Professional
- Other hands-on movement or wellness professionals Qualifications
- Hands-on experience working with clients in a fitness, wellness, rehabilitation, or healthcare setting (or equivalent education)
- Current fitness, healthcare, or wellness certification (or degree/program equivalent)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for helping others achieve their goals
- Ability to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for every client
- Reliable transportation and ability to commute Paid Flexologist™ Training Every Flexologist completes StretchLab's nationally accredited training program before working with clients.
Training includes:
- Up to 20 hours of online learning
- Two days of in-person, hands-on instruction
- 20 hours of supervised practical training Upon successful completion, you'll earn Continuing Education Credits (CECs) while becoming certified in StretchLab's proprietary assisted stretching methodology.
