Job Description:
The Temporary Personal Trainer is responsible for developing personalized, safe, and effective exercise programs for a diverse population of patrons, ranging from beginners to advanced athletes. Key duties include conducting and assessing comprehensive health and fitness screenings to determine appropriate training paths, as well as providing expert instruction on the proper use of cardiovascular and weight training equipment. You will lead equipment orientations for new members and play a critical role in maintaining a professional environment by consistently enforcing all facility and program policies. This role requires a strong commitment to patron safety, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt instructional techniques to meet various fitness levels and goals.
