We are a boutique strength studio specializing in the Kinesis method — training the body as a system through strength, mobility, and balance. Our community is supportive, welcoming, and focused on long-term results.
Position Details:
Part-time (2-4 hours per week to start) Wednesday & Thursday evenings Evening availability required Opportunity to sub and grow into additional hours In-person coaching role
Responsibilities:
Lead strength-based group fitness classes Provide form corrections and individualized attention Create a motivating, positive environment Arrive prepared, professional, and on time Build relationships with members and support retention
Qualifications:
Current Personal Training or Group Fitness Certification (required) CPR/AED certified Experience coaching adults (preferred) Strong understanding of strength training fundamentals Confident cueing and room presence
