Join our Pilates studio located on the border of Woodside and Sunnyside in Queens. At Humanity Pilates, we foster an inclusive and loving space for people to develop and maintain the strength and awareness they need to navigate life. We cultivate this mindful strength by offering a variety of intimate group Pilates classes taught by skilled teachers who are enthusiastic about giving students the individual attention and modifications they need to thrive in their practice. Our boutique Pilates studio features 6 reformers that convert to Mat & Tower, a Cadillac and two WundaChairs for privates. We welcome people from all walks of life to strengthen their minds, bodies, and breath, using Pilates as a tool to move better, feel stronger, and live fully. Weekend availability strongly preferred!
