About the role HealthFitness is seeking apart-time and substitute/as‑needed Group Fitness Instructors to join our fitness team at our client site in Batavia, OH . This role is ideal for an energetic, reliable instructor who values a flexible schedule and enjoys stepping in to support group fitness programming as needed. Responsible for providing fun, effective, and safe group exercise to members such as HIIT, dance, kickboxing, step, boot camp, and circuit. Minimum Requirements Current group exercise instructor certification from ACE, AFAA/NASM, ACSM, NETA, NCCPT, or other NCCA nationally accredited specialty class certification required. Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of hire. 2+ years group exercise instruction experience strongly preferred. Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required. The compensation range for this role is $20/hr - $22/hr. The final wage offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors.
