Job Description

Personal Trainer Sculpt Fitness Personal Training Cleveland, OH Job Details Part-time | Full-time $28 - $39 an hour 6 hours ago Benefits Gym membership Flexible schedule Qualifications Certified Personal Trainer CPR Certification Personal training Fitness sales NASM Certified Personal Trainer AED Certification Full Job Description Part-time to start, with a path to a full book Sculpt Fitness is a private, people-first personal training studio on West 9th Street. We have been in Northeast Ohio since 2008 and downtown Cleveland since 2015. Clients train one-on-one with the same trainer, usually for 30 or 45 minutes, in a small studio that never feels like a big-box gym. They come here because they want a coach who knows their name, pays attention, and helps them get stronger without the noise. This is not a stepping-stone listing. We are looking for someone who wants to grow roots, build a real client list, and treat this like a career inside a small team. In the first year the studio brings in most of your clients so you are not starting from zero. Over time you also learn to grow your own book by asking for referrals, reaching out to past clients and your own social media promotion and outreach. Trainers here are teammates, not rivals. When one person does well, the whole room gets stronger. Weekday evenings from 3-7pm are a must. Morning availability (6-10am) is a plus and makes it easier to build a full schedule.
