Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Certified Personal Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fitness and health, with the ability to motivate and guide clients toward achieving their personal fitness goals. This role requires excellent communication skills, a solid understanding of anatomy and physiology, and the ability to create customized workout plans tailored to individual needs. Duties Conduct initial assessments of clients' fitness levels and health histories. Develop personalized training programs that align with clients' goals, abilities, and preferences. Provide ongoing support, motivation, and accountability to clients throughout their fitness journey. Educate clients on proper exercise techniques, body mechanics, and safety protocols. Monitor client progress and adjust training programs as necessary to ensure continued improvement. Lead group fitness classes when required, fostering an engaging and supportive environment. Promote health club services and programs through effective sales techniques. Stay updated on the latest trends in fitness, nutrition, and wellness to provide informed guidance. Experience Previous experience in personal training or sports coaching is preferred. A background in physical education or related fields is advantageous. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, body mechanics, and fitness principles is essential. Experience in fitness sales or health club environments is a plus. Ability to work well with diverse populations and adapt training styles accordingly. Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
