Position We are looking for a coach who enjoys working with a variety of fitness levels and can create a positive, motivating environment for our members. The ideal candidate is passionate about fitness, enjoys coaching others, and is comfortable leading group workouts. Requirements Personal Training, Group Fitness, CrossFit, or other recognized fitness-related certification CPR/AED Certification Strong communication and coaching skills Reliable and professional Passion for helping others reach their fitness goals Previous coaching experience is preferred but not required Compensation $20 per hour Schedule Morning and/or evening availability Flexible scheduling based on gym class needs and coach availability.
