As a Personal Fitness Trainer, you will energize and motivate clients through personalized workout plans, expert coaching, and comprehensive fitness guidance. Your role is to inspire confidence, promote healthy lifestyles, and deliver exceptional customer service in a dynamic fitness environment. Duties Assess clients' fitness levels, health history, and personal goals to develop tailored workout programs Design and implement personalized training plans that incorporate biomechanics, physiology, and body mechanics principles Motivate clients through energetic coaching techniques, fostering a positive and encouraging atmosphere Demonstrate proper exercise techniques, including heavy lifting and manual handling, ensuring safety and effectiveness Provide guidance on nutrition, injury prevention, first aid, CPR, AED operation, and other health-related topics Build strong client rapport through effective communication, active listening, and ongoing support Promote fitness services and memberships to enhance client engagement and meet sales targets Experience Proven experience in sports coaching or physical education teaching preferred Extensive knowledge of biomechanics, anatomy, physiology, and program design for diverse populations Hands-on experience with group fitness classes and personal training in a health club or gym setting Certification in personal training (e.g., CPT), CPR/AED certification, first aid training required Familiarity with fitness sales strategies and delivering exceptional customer service in the fitness industry Experience working with clients on body mechanics, program customization, and motivation techniques Prior employment in a gym or health club environment is highly advantageous Join us to empower individuals on their journey to better health! Pay:
$17.50 - $31.50 per hour
