Duties Develop tailored workout programs based on clients' goals, fitness levels, and biomechanics principles Conduct one-on-one training sessions, ensuring proper technique, safety, and motivation during heavy lifting and functional movements Lead group fitness classes, incorporating diverse exercises such as cardio, strength training, and flexibility routines Educate clients on anatomy, physiology, body mechanics, and injury prevention techniques including manual handling and first aid procedures Monitor client progress regularly and adjust programs to optimize results using evidence-based methods in biomechanics and physiology Promote fitness services through effective sales techniques while maintaining excellent customer service standards Ensure safety by operating AEDs (Automated External Defibrillators), practicing CPR, and adhering to liability insurance protocols Experience Proven experience as a personal trainer or in a related fitness coaching role within a health club or gym environment Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and body mechanics essential for program design and injury prevention Demonstrated ability to coach individuals or groups effectively with excellent communication skills Familiarity with group fitness instruction and teaching physical education is highly desirable Certification in CPR/AED is required; additional certifications in sports coaching or health & safety are advantageous Experience with fitness sales or customer service roles that involve promoting health club memberships or personal training packages Embark on a rewarding career where your expertise fuels others' success!
