Job Description
Stafford Hills Club is seeking an experienced, motivated Fitness Supervisor to help lead our Personal Training department while continuing to do what you love—training clients. This is a working supervisor position where you'll spend approximately 20-30 hours per week training personal training clients and the remaining hours supporting the day-to-day operations of the Fitness Department. You'll work closely with the Fitness Director to coach and support trainers, ensure exceptional member experiences, and help grow our personal training business. What You'll Do Train and retain a personal training client base. Supervise and support the daily operations of the Personal Training department and fitness floor. Coach, mentor, and onboard Personal Trainers. Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming fitness environment. Promote personal training services and other fitness programming. Help drive member engagement, participation, and retention. Assist with scheduling, payroll, reporting, and other departmental operations. Lead by example through outstanding customer service and professionalism. What We're Looking For Nationally accredited Personal Training certification (NASM, ACSM, ACE, NSCA, or equivalent). Current CPR/AED certification. Minimum three years of personal training experience. Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred. Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills. A passion for helping both members and fellow trainers succeed. Why Stafford Hills Club?
