Job Description

This is not a big box gym. You won't be expected to stand on a gym floor waiting for clients. You won't be pressured to sell memberships. And you won't be treated like a number. Train & Nourish is a women-only strength training studio helping women build strength, confidence, and consistency through personalized coaching in a supportive environment. We're looking for certified personal trainers to join our Ardmore coaching team. We provide the clients. You focus on coaching. About the Role As a Train & Nourish coach, you'll work with women of all ages, backgrounds, and experience levels—from complete beginners to experienced lifters. You'll deliver individualized, strength-based training programs focused on proper form, progressive overload, long-term results, and building confidence inside and outside the gym. This is an excellent opportunity for a coach looking to build a consistent schedule with an established brand that prioritizes client experience, education, and retention. You are not expected to market yourself or generate leads. Your role is to coach, connect, and help clients succeed. What You'll Do Coaching & Programming Deliver personalized one-on-one strength training sessions Design and adjust programs based on goals, injuries, and experience level Teach movement patterns with confidence and attention to detail Track client progress and modify programming as needed Educate clients on the "why" behind their training Client Experience Build meaningful relationships with clients Create an environment that is supportive, encouraging, and results-driven Help clients celebrate victories beyond the scale Foster long-term consistency and retention through exceptional coaching Studio Standards Maintain a clean, organized, professional training environment Arrive prepared and on time for all scheduled sessions Communicate professionally with clients and team members Represent the Train & Nourish brand with positivity and professionalism What We're Looking For We're looking for coaches who genuinely enjoy coaching. You believe great training is about more than counting reps. You care about proper movement, long-term progress, and creating an experience that keeps clients coming back.

The ideal coach is:

Professional and reliable Personable and relationship-focused Passionate about strength training Comfortable coaching beginners and experienced clients alike Excited to grow with a multi-location company

Requirements Required:

Current NCCA Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, NSCA, ACSM, or equivalent) Strong understanding of strength training principles Ability to modify exercises and coach a variety of fitness levels Excellent communication skills Availability during peak client hours (early mornings, evenings, and/or weekends) Compensation 1099 Independent Contractor Position Competitive session rates based on weekly coaching volume Monthly commission opportunities Clients provided by the studio Opportunity to build a consistent schedule over time Why Train & Nourish?
