Marino's Fitness is looking for an energetic, career-minded Fitness Coach to join our team in Downingtown. We aren't a traditional gym. For more than 15 years, Marino's Fitness has helped adults, particularly those over 40, become stronger, move better, and continue doing the things they enjoy. We serve as a bridge between physical therapy and traditional fitness, working with clients who may have previous injuries, movement limitations, or more complex health and fitness needs. Our multidisciplinary team combines personal training, clinical exercise, massage therapy, VO₂ max testing, and body composition testing to provide a more complete approach to health and fitness.
ABOUT THE POSITION
This is an excellent opportunity for someone experienced with strength training who wants to develop the confidence and skills needed to become an exceptional coach. You will not be expected to sell memberships, recruit clients, conduct assessments, or even write training programs. Our experienced team develops the programs—you'll help bring those programs to life.
Your responsibilities will include:
Guiding clients through their individualized training plans Demonstrating exercises and providing clear coaching cues Offering real-time technique corrections Adjusting exercises when directed by the program Setting up and breaking down training stations Loading and unloading barbells, dumbbells, and other equipment Helping clients feel supported, capable, and successful Working alongside our team to deliver an excellent client experience

We are open to candidates with different educational backgrounds who demonstrate the right experience, mindset, and willingness to learn. College Juniors, Seniors, and Master's Degree Students pursuing a fitness-related career are encouraged to apply.
