Job Description
$25-$45+ per session, based on experience and qualifications We're looking for a certified Personal Trainer who believes fitness should be welcoming, empowering, and sustainable for everyone. Our boutique studio works primarily with women ages 40-65, but our clients come from all levels of fitness and experience . We specialize in functional strength training and help our clients become stronger, move better, and fuel their bodies so they can live long, active, happy lives. We're looking for a trainer who is passionate about helping people—not just putting them through workouts. What You'll Do Coach clients through safe, effective functional strength workouts Work with clients of varying fitness levels, from beginners to experienced exercisers Build positive relationships and help clients feel comfortable and confident Modify exercises based on individual needs, abilities, and goals Educate clients on strength, movement, consistency, and healthy habits Create an encouraging environment where clients feel supported rather than intimidated Help clients develop the skills and confidence to stay active for life What We're Looking For Current, recognized Personal Training certification required Strong knowledge of functional strength training and exercise fundamentals Excellent communication and people skills Patient, encouraging, and personable coaching style Comfortable working with women ages 40-65 and clients of varying fitness levels Someone who genuinely enjoys helping people become stronger and more confident Reliable, professional, and willing to be part of a close-knit studio environment CPR certified Compensation & Schedule $25-$45+ per training session , based on experience and qualifications Part-time position Opportunity to build a consistent schedule of clients Boutique studio environment rather than a large commercial gym The Right Fit We're not looking for someone who believes every client needs to train like an athlete.
