Fitness Professional / Group Exercise Instructor Community-Based | Flexible Schedule Position Overview Allstar Therapies, Inc. is seeking an energetic, reliable, and self-motivated Fitness Professional / Group Exercise Instructor to support our innovative All@Home Program . This program delivers a comprehensive approach to wellness by integrating Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy, Medical Nutrition Therapy, fitness programming, and wellness services within clients' homes and community settings. This role is ideal for a dynamic instructor who enjoys working with older adults, thrives in community-based environments, and is passionate about helping individuals improve their strength, mobility, balance, and overall quality of life. We have an immediate need for a professional to lead engaging group exercise classes, including highly sought-after Cardio Drumming sessions, throughout the surrounding community. Key Responsibilities Lead safe, engaging, and high-quality group exercise classes, including Cardio Drumming and senior-focused fitness programs Modify exercises to accommodate varying fitness levels and physical abilities Design and choreograph effective routines that promote strength, balance, endurance, and mobility Provide fitness education and wellness guidance to participants Create a welcoming, motivational, and inclusive class environment Ensure participant safety and adherence to exercise best practices Collaborate with therapy and wellness professionals to support client-centered outcomes Assist in developing innovative fitness programming to expand community services Qualifications Certification in Group Fitness, Personal Training, or related fitness specialty required Experience leading group exercise classes preferred Experience working with seniors or clinical populations strongly preferred CPR/AED Certification (or willingness to obtain prior to hire) Strong communication, leadership, and motivational skills Ability to work independently and adapt to various community settings Reliable transportation required for travel between locations What We Offer Flexible scheduling Opportunity to grow within an expanding healthcare organization Supportive interdisciplinary team environment Ability to help build and shape innovative fitness programs Rewarding work that directly improves lives and promotes independence About Allstar Therapies Allstar Therapies, Inc. promotes excellence through a patient-centered continuum of care across multiple settings.
