As a Coach, you'll play a crucial role in delivering our dynamic curriculum and making a positive impact on the lives of children and their families. Master of Curriculum:

Understand the magic behind KidStrong's programs and communicate it with flair. Have a growth mindset and be willing to constantly refine your skills: Achieve Coach Certification and keep leveling up your skills with our training programs

Family Friendly:

Create positive interactions with families before, during, and after class - you're the reason they love KidStrong!

Class Commander:

Ensure classes run smoothly and on time, every time. No tardy bells here!

Family Connector:

Keep families engaged and excited about KidStrong. Think of yourself as the social glue that keeps everyone together.

Master of all:

Coach class, camps, movie nights, and anything else your center leaders might ask for Must be driven, motivated, and reliable. Must be a good teammate to your co-workers with ability to collaborate and communicate
