At Training Reinvented, LLC, we are redefining the personal training experience in Pittsburgh by bringing expert fitness coaching directly to our clients, whether at their home, office, gym, or outdoor space. As a Mobile Personal Trainer, you will play a vital role in helping clients achieve measurable, lasting results through individualized training programs and hands-on guidance. You will conduct professional fitness assessments, design and implement customized workout plans, and provide ongoing motivation, education, and accountability. Your expertise in anatomy, physiology, and safe exercise technique paired with your passion for inspiring others will allow you to deliver sessions that are both highly effective and enjoyable. Key Duties & Responsibilities Conduct thorough initial fitness assessments to determine clients' goals, fitness levels, and any limitations. Create personalized training programs tailored to each client's needs and abilities. Deliver safe, effective, and engaging workouts while ensuring proper exercise form and technique. Track and evaluate client progress, adjusting programs to maximize results. Provide general education on nutrition, wellness, and lifestyle habits to support long-term success. Maintain a professional and organized training environment at each client location. Engage in weekly social media outreach, posting approved client-related content to promote brand visibility. Attend monthly team meetings for continued education, company updates, and performance reviews. Use basic client scheduling and payment systems to manage appointments and track sessions. Stay current with fitness trends, exercise science, and industry best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Sports Medicine, or a related field. Nationally recognized Personal Training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, NSCA, or equivalent). Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and body mechanics for safe, effective program design. Proven experience as a personal trainer, fitness instructor, or group fitness coach. Ability to design and adapt training programs for a variety of fitness levels and goals. Excellent interpersonal and motivational communication skills. Sales and networking skills to help build and maintain a client base. Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently. Passion for fitness, health, and helping others succeed.
Preferred:
Current CPR/AED certification.

$30.00 - $45.00 per hour
