A Personal Trainer or Fitness Instructor develops customized exercise and fitness programs for clients. Reviews health and fitness goals, teaches correct and safe exercise technique, monitors progress and provides encouragement for clients. Leads fitness and exercise classes at a community center, club or pool. Teaches aerobics, water, strength building or other exercises and maintains equipment.

Job Description
Train clients, monitor the fitness center, perform new member orientations, equipment and facility upkeep, assist members as needed. Hiriing for Friday nights and weekends, with potential to pick up clients during the week. Flexible with the weekend hours, does not have to be every weekend! Other hours are available through subbing and vary month to month. As regular shifts become available you can request to add them to your schedule.
