Job Description

Overview Heritage Hills Athletic Club (HHAC) is more than a gym — we're a community built around strength, accountability, and real results. We're growing fast and looking for motivated, business-minded personal trainers who want to build their brand, serve clients at a high level, and grow alongside a supportive facility. If you're passionate about coaching, client relationships, and long-term growth (not just counting reps), we want to meet you. Pay varies based on what you will be coaching. You will be a contractor and a 1099 will be provided. HHAC offers you 60% of the rate charged (HHAC receives 40%). Classes and coaching programs will be different sets of rates. The pay range that Indeed requires is a unsubstantiated range/numbers. Hourly rate will vary with the many variables. What You'll Do As an HHAC Personal Trainer, you'll have the opportunity to coach across multiple training formats while growing your own client base with the support of our facility.
Training Services Offered:
1-on-1 Personal Training 1-on-1 Personal Training + Nutrition Coaching Small Group Personal Training (max 4 clients per session) Group Fitness Training (HIIT & Heavy Strength-Based Classes) Hybrid Coaching (Nutrition & Fitness Programs focused on busy professionals & parents for long term health)
Key Responsibilities:
Design safe, effective, goal and results-driven training programs Coach clients through strength training, conditioning, and movement patterns Schedule and manage your own client sessions Sell personal training, nutrition, and coaching packages Build and grow your personal training business within HHAC Deliver high-energy group fitness classes when scheduled Maintain a clean, professional training environment Build strong relationships within the HHAC community What We're Looking For Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ACE, NSCA, ISSA, or equivalent) Proven success at client sales, relationship building and building a client following. Nutrition certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) Experience with strength training, HIIT, and group training formats Strong communication and people skills Self-motivated, reliable, and professional Ability to coach all fitness levels safely and confidently Ability to flex with trends, market and Club needs Be a part of and collaborate with HHAC's Community First approach to health Why Train at HHAC?
