Personal Trainer (Coach) at Anytime Fitness What does that even mean? It means you're not just clocking in for a workout shift, you're stepping into a role where every single day is about changing someone's life for the better. You're a guide, a motivator, a coach, and a teammate. You're the reason someone gets stronger, braver, and healthier. You in?
Here's What We're Looking For:
You have a servant's heart. You lead with empathy, you listen, and you genuinely care. You love helping people grow, physically, mentally, emotionally. You're in it for their full transformation. You're sharp. We don't throw this one around lightly. Smarts matter, and not just in reps and sets. You've got a sense of humor. Fitness is serious, but we don't take ourselves too seriously. You inspire people. Motivation isn't just something you do, it's who you are. You want to be part of something bigger. You're not just joining a gym. You're joining a mission. You care about personal growth. We're a team that invests in your development — as a trainer and as a person.
And Here's What We're Not Looking For:
People who are unkind. Lone wolves, this is a team sport. Chronic latecomers. People who settle for average. Anyone with a raging ego. Confidence is cool; arrogance is not. Why Work With Us? We're good, but we want to be great. Your voice matters here. Your ideas will be heard and needed. You'll join an elite team of passionate, skilled, and driven individuals who genuinely support each other. You'll have real creative impact. This isn't a copy-paste kind of gym. We invest in our people. If you're already good, we'll help make you great.
What You'll Actually Do:
Meet, greet, and assist members daily, you're the face of the fitness floor. Conduct orientation sessions and fitness consultations to generate new training opportunities. Design and deliver safe, effective, personalized training programs, incorporating training, recovery, and basic nutritional guidance. Track client progress, celebrate wins, and provide consistent motivation and accountability throughout their journey. Teach safe exercise techniques, proper form, and smart progression strategies. Teach group fitness classes and spot weightlifters with safety and encouragement. Build genuine, lasting relationships that improve member retention and accountability. Contribute to monthly fitness goals and support team training and club events. Recommend equipment or products to help clients progress. Keep our facility looking sharp, light maintenance, cleaning equipment, organizing spaces. Use fitness software and complete reports or updates as needed.
