is building a nationwide team of Personal Trainers and Fitness Instructors who want to grow their own businesses while helping us build a new fitness brand. We are looking for professionals with a variety of specialties, including strength training, aerobics, Pilates, resistance bands, rebounding, dance fitness, mobility and flexibility, senior fitness, martial arts-inspired fitness, and other areas. This is a remote independent contractor opportunity designed to add to your existing fitness business—not take from it. Your existing clients and business you generate independently remain entirely yours. HIVANO only participates in revenue from new customers generated through HIVANO. What You'll Do Provide remote personal training or fitness instruction to new customers generated through HIVANO. Develop training programs appropriate for your specialty and individual clients. Create and/or participate in online workout content for HIVANO through separately compensated content projects. Demonstrate HIVANO fitness products in workouts and online content when appropriate. Help customers safely and effectively work toward their fitness goals. Collaborate with other HIVANO trainers who specialize in different areas of fitness. Help build a positive and encouraging HIVANO fitness community. Compensation & Opportunities Live Personal Training Earn approximately $48-$80 per hour for live personal training or fitness instruction provided to customers generated through HIVANO, depending on experience, specialty, and customer pricing. HIVANO's goal is to bring you new business . Your existing clients and customers you acquire independently remain yours. HIVANO does not take a percentage of that business. Workout Content HIVANO is also building a growing library of online workout programs. Workout videos and other fitness content are separately compensated projects . Content compensation is established by project or completed deliverable rather than at the personal-training hourly rate.

help you grow your business while you help us grow ours. Content & Online Presence Online fitness content is an important part of the HIVANO vision. Our first HIVANO trainer has already completed a 20-video workout series scheduled for release through the HIVANO YouTube channel. Our long-term vision is to build a large library of professionally led workouts featuring trainers with different specialties, personalities, and approaches to fitness. We are especially interested in trainers who are comfortable teaching on camera and can create engaging, follow-along workouts. Existing online fitness content is strongly preferred. If you have fitness content on YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, or another platform, please include links with your application. Who We're Looking For Personal training, group fitness, or specialty fitness certification strongly preferred. Professional experience training or instructing others. Expertise in one or more areas of fitness. Comfortable providing personal training remotely. Confident, natural, and encouraging when teaching on camera. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Entrepreneurial mindset and an interest in growing your own fitness business. Dependable, honest, compassionate, and encouraging. Comfortable working independently while also being part of a larger fitness team. Interested in helping build a new brand rather than simply filling assigned training hours. About

Workout Program Development:

Trainers should be capable of independently designing safe, effective, engaging workout routines within their areas of expertise. We want fitness professionals who can bring their own creativity and knowledge to HIVANO—not simply teach workouts developed by someone else.

Working Genius:

We especially value Galvanizing, Invention, and Enablement —trainers who can develop creative workout programs, energize people into action, and genuinely enjoy helping others succeed. If you are familiar with Patrick Lencioni's Six Types of Working Genius and know your Working Genius types, please include them with your application. $40.00 - $80.00 per hour Expected hours: 2.0 - 8.0 per week
