$40/hour + Commission About Sonovi Sonovi is a holistic training facility built around Breath Movement Stillness and the philosophy of "Work in while working out." We offer personal training, adult performance training, athlete development, lifestyle coaching, nervous system-focused recovery sessions, and private facility rentals. We're entering our next stage of growth and looking for someone who wants to help build—not simply step into an existing client list. The Role This is a hybrid sales + fitness coaching position. We are looking for someone who can build relationships, generate leads, sell Sonovi services, and potentially coach the clients they bring into the facility. No leads are provided. This role is for someone who can create opportunities from the ground up—through networking, outreach, referrals, partnerships, relationship building, and their own initiative. We are not looking for someone who simply wants to be handed clients, coach them, and leave. We want someone who can eventually say: "This is the part of Sonovi that I helped build." Compensation Coaching Starting at $40/hour when actively coaching clients or classes Sales Commission 10% on coaching plans sold 10% on class memberships/packages sold 15% on personal training packages sold 15% on facility rentals generated Commission is not capped. What You'll Do Generate your own leads and prospective clients Build relationships in and around the local area Sell Sonovi services, memberships, personal training, coaching plans, classes, and facility rentals Follow up with prospective clients and partners Develop referral relationships and local partnerships Build your own book of business within Sonovi Coach personal training clients and/or classes if qualified and interested Learn and represent the Sonovi philosophy and approach Contribute ideas for business development and growth Help build something sustainable rather than simply filling a shift Who We're Looking For For this position, we are prioritizing sales experience, initiative, communication, and relationship-building ability over extensive personal training experience. You may be a great fit if you are: A salesperson interested in health, fitness, or wellness A personal trainer who is naturally strong at sales Experienced in fitness sales, membership sales, hospitality, business development, or client acquisition Comfortable starting conversations and creating new opportunities Capable of working independently without being handed leads Entrepreneurial and interested in helping grow a business Looking for somewhere you can grow long term You do not need extensive personal training experience to apply. If your background is primarily in sales, we encourage you to apply. Coaching skills can be developed. We care deeply about your ability to connect with people, generate business, take initiative, and grow. This Role May Not Be For You If... You are primarily looking for a gym that will provide you with a full schedule of clients. Sonovi provides the space, services, brand, support, and opportunity. Someone who demonstrates the ability to generate revenue, build strong relationships, develop a client base, and represent Sonovi well can grow into greater responsibility, leadership, and earning opportunities as the company expands.
