Duties Lead diverse group fitness classes such as strength training, kickboxing, Hyrox, and cardio-based workouts with enthusiasm and professionalism Demonstrate proper exercise techniques, ensuring safe practice and effective results through clear instructions and visual cues Design and adapt workout programs tailored to different skill levels, goals, and physical capabilities Monitor participant safety by applying manual handling techniques and maintaining awareness of body mechanics during exercises Provide first aid and CPR when necessary, ensuring a safe environment for all attendees Promote class participation by motivating members, encouraging community engagement, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere Maintain equipment safety standards by conducting regular checks and demonstrating proper use of gym machinery and weights Skills Extensive knowledge of anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and body mechanics to guide safe exercise execution Proficiency in coaching various fitness disciplines including Weight Lifting, Kickboxing, Hyrox, and other workout programs Excellent demonstration skills paired with the ability to teach complex movements clearly and confidently Ability to operate AED devices safely and confidently respond to emergency situations using first aid skills Background in gym or health club environments with familiarity in heavy lifting techniques and manual handling procedures Passion for teaching diverse groups while fostering motivation through coaching techniques that inspire progress Embark on a rewarding journey where your energy fuels others' success!
