ACSM, ACE, NASM, NSCA or other nationally recognized certification or an Exercise science degree Train 18 camps per week (to be adjusted for holidays when the gym is closed) and at least one additional/special camp per month. You are responsible for assisting with coverage and helping ensure all scheduled camps are staffed. Final staffing decisions remain with the Company. Conduct weekly or meetings with support trainers to align on protocol and programming and to provide client feedback, strategize nutrition growth, and review attrition rates and Focus Meeting attendance. Meet with the Director of Training regularly, providing recap and scope. Perform a minimum of one 35-point checklist (Exhibit A) per week. If a Trainer is underperforming, you are required to checklist them two times per week. Lead and hold all Trainers accountable on their duties and responsibilities. Responsible for onboarding trainers and staying fully staffed. Responsible for hosting at least two Trainer showcases in the home gym yearly. Host a quarterly SAC test for all trainers. Responsible for continued trainer development. Inventory tracking for all nutrition and equipment. Order all nutrition monthly and hit nutrition goals. Conduct a bi-weekly meeting with the Member Experience Manager or Operations Manager. Lead and hold a monthly all-hands trainer meeting focused on location results, current initiatives, future goals and events, transformation stories, Focus Meeting attendance, and current happenings. Perform Focus Meetings with a goal of 70% of the active members. Post trainer educational content weekly, working with a social media manager. Host a different seminar, bi-monthly, as a way to show our investment in our members. Attend a minimum of one community event quarterly and participate in all philanthropic events when they are scheduled. Responsible for following up with clients currently on a trial who have not had a Focus Meeting and after the trial expires, via Loopspark. Promptly report facility needs to the Regional Director of Training and the Director of Operations (for example, damaged equipment or holes in walls). Help and/or assist in small maintenance needs. Complete any and all office work passed down by the Regional Director of Training. Complete and maintain the monthly Trainer Schedule, input into Homebase, and check timesheets every payroll period. Plan a quarterly event for the gym staff outside the gym, help plan all member gym events with the Member Experience Manager or General Manager, and attend at least 75% of those events. Work an average of 40 hours per week (Monday through Saturday).
