Job Overview We are looking for a driven and knowledgeable Certified Personal Trainer to join our energetic team. The ideal candidate is passionate about health, fitness, and nutrition, and is committed to helping others reach their wellness goals. In this role, you'll create customized workout programs, educate clients on proper movement and technique, and foster a supportive, motivating training environment. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive fitness assessments to evaluate clients' current health and establish personalized goals. Deliver 1-on-1 and small group training sessions tailored to individual needs. Design effective training programs grounded in sound exercise science and principles of anatomy and physiology. Teach and reinforce proper body mechanics to ensure safety and optimal performance. Provide continuous motivation, accountability, and support throughout each client's fitness journey. Lead group fitness classes when needed, delivering high-energy, engaging sessions. Maintain a clean, professional, and organized studio environment. Use consultative sales techniques to promote personal training services and build a strong client base. Stay current with trends in fitness, nutrition, and wellness to deliver up-to-date guidance. Qualifications Certified Personal Trainer credential from a nationally recognized organization (e.g., NASM, ACE, NSCA, ISSA). CPR/AED certification (current). Proven experience in personal training, coaching, or physical education. Strong foundation in anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and program design. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to motivate and connect with clients. Background in sales or customer service is a plus. Passionate about fitness and genuinely invested in helping others succeed.
