Core Fitness Club is becoming home to something most gyms and most clinics never manage on their own: a place where medicine and wellness genuinely work side by side. With Vitality Integrative Health opening its practice inside our building, we're building a coaching team that sits right at that intersection — where fitness, performance, wellness, and nutrition collide with real clinical care. We're looking for a coach who wants to work in that space, not around it. About Core Fitness & Nutrition Coaching Core Fitness & Nutrition Coaching (CFNC) is the nutrition and coaching arm of Core Fitness Club, led by Donnie McDaniel, PhD, Director of Nutrition. CFNC builds individualized nutrition plans, runs body composition monitoring, and coordinates directly with physicians on client care. With Vitality Integrative Health now integrating into our space, every new client relationship will begin with a combined nutrition and wellness intake — and this role will be part of delivering it. About the Role A year into this role, you'll be a trusted second set of hands across both the fitness floor and the intake process shared with Vitality Integrative Health — someone clients trust for coaching, and someone the practice trusts to represent CFNC well in a clinical setting. You'll build real coaching relationships while gaining exposure to a genuinely integrated care model most coaches never get access to. Core Fitness Club also offers real room to grow beyond the base role — including a path into CrossFit coaching and access to our Pilates studio — so your earning potential here is multilayered, not capped at one lane. What You'll Do
- Coach individual clients on training programming, movement quality, and day-to-day nutrition habits
- Support nutrition intake sessions for incoming Vitality Integrative Health clients, working alongside CFNC's clinical documentation process
- Conduct movement screenings to help identify client baselines and coaching priorities
- Contribute to body composition tracking (InBody scans) as part of ongoing client check-ins
- Communicate clearly and professionally with both fitness clients and Vitality's clinical team
- Represent Core Fitness's coaching standards in a space where medical and wellness professionals work under one roof Growth & Earning Potential This role isn't a single-lane job — it's a starting point inside a growing, multidisciplinary practice. As you build a track record, there's room to expand into:
- CrossFit coaching — a CrossFit coaching certification is a recognized path for the training portion of this role, with room to grow into leading CrossFit classes as that side of the business expands
- Pilates — Core Fitness Club also operates a Pilates studio, offering another avenue for coaches interested in building skills and client hours in that discipline
- Vitality Integrative Health intake and screening work — ongoing opportunity to expand hours as the medically integrated practice grows How much of this you take on is up to you — the goal is to give coaches more than one way to build income and expertise inside Core Fitness.
Compensation This role is structured as a 1099 contractor position on a revenue-share model: you keep 60% of every dollar you bring in through your work with clients.
On top of that:
- Bonus opportunities on supplement and peptide sales
- Residual income on nutrition and personal training package renewals Combined with the growth paths above — CrossFit coaching, Pilates, and Vitality intake/screening work — your income here is built to grow with the effort and relationships you put in, not capped by an hourly rate.
