RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead energizing, safe, and educational Aqua Zumba classes to support the YMCA mission and goals. Answer member questions and provide support in achieving their wellness goals. Build authentic relationships with members and foster connections within the YMCA community. Maintain accurate class attendance records and follow YMCA policies and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required certifications: CPR, First Aid, AED, Oxygen administration, YMCA Water Fitness Instructor certification, and Aqua Zumba certification. Minimum of one year teaching group wellness classes preferred.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Ability to conduct classes, swim, walk, stand, bend, reach, and lift. Perform all physical aspects of the position effectively.
