In this role, you will foster and develop meaningful relationships with your clients while building a personalized approach to their fitness goals and needs. We encourage positivity, growth, and confidence through our gym's culture and small community. Your understanding of biomechanics, exercise science, and safety is the minimum standard. We are looking for a trainer who has experience with all walks of life. One who is adaptable and is able to easily create meaningful relationships with clients. Training hours can vary. We need a trainer that can work some early mornings, mid-day slots, and evenings based on what fits the clients schedule. Pay will vary and raises will be based on performance and longevity.
Pay:
$18.00 - $30.00 per hour
