Job Description

Job Summary The F45 Head Trainer plays a vital role within the team. You will work closely with the General Manager & Studio Manager on operations, team development, member retention initiatives, and delivering the best F45 experience to the community. The ideal candidate is energetic and enthusiastic, with excellent verbal & written communication skills; and is eager to foster a positive, thriving membership culture. They are also driven, organized & goal oriented. Responsibilities Collaborate with General Manager & Studio Manager on daily, weekly and monthly goals Train and manage part-time training staff in accordance with F45 training standards Ensure that all members are getting attention during class, performing exercises safely and correctly while keeping them motivated & encouraged Perform & demonstrate all exercises in class while providing modifications & challenges Create class & trainer schedules Help maintain a clean, organized, energetic & fun studio Foster a positive & inclusive gym community (client check-ins, gym events, community building, etc.) Assist the studio manager in fitness consultations & sales as needed Coach approximately 15 classes per week (flexible across mornings, evenings & weekends) Attend class regularly to provide constructive feedback to coaching staff Other duties as needed Qualifications 1+ years of leadership experience 3+ years of coaching experience Excellent written & verbal communication Ability to prioritize, troubleshoot and meet goals in a fast-paced environment A strong interest and passion for the fitness industry An extroverted personality with a true desire to help others & who works well in a team environment A self-starter who is motivated & takes initiative Both a
CPT & CPR
certification from a nationally accredited organization
