Group Training Specialty Instructor Position Type:
Part-time Pay Range starts at $16 per hour (or more depending on experience) Join our Hiring Team in creating fun, motivating, and welcoming fitness experiences for our members. As a Group Training Instructor, you'll help participants work toward their goals while promoting safety, proper technique, and plenty of encouragement!
What You'll Do:
Lead safe, engaging group training sessions Create fitness programs based on participant goals Demonstrate proper workout and lifting techniques Encourage participants and help them stay motivated Build positive relationships with members and participants Maintain required certifications, records, and reports
What We're Looking For:
Minimum Age:
18 High school diploma or equivalent Current approved personal training certification before your first shift Strong communication and relationship-building skills A positive, enthusiastic, and service-focused attitude Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends Personal training experience is preferred Ready to motivate, encourage, and make a difference?
