Part-Time Schedule Requirements:
MUST be available to work Monday & Wednesday Evenings (PM) and Weekends . Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic, highly energetic, and experienced Lagrre/ Athletic Reformer Instructor specializing in Hybrid Reformers and Power Plates to join our innovative fitness team. In this role, you will lead engaging, effective, and safe group fitness classes utilizing state-of-the-art reformer machines and power plates. Your passion for health, fitness, and motivating others will inspire clients to achieve their wellness goals while experiencing the transformative power of Pilates, yoga, cycling, and functional movement modalities.

Mandatory Certification:
Must hold a recognized Reformer Pilates Certification prior to hiring.
Mandatory Availability:
Must be available Monday PM, Wednesday PM, and Weekend shifts . Please do not apply if you cannot meet this schedule requirement.
Key Responsibilities Class Instruction:
Lead high-energy group fitness classes on Hybrid Reformers and Power Plates, demonstrating proper exercise techniques while ensuring participant safety.
Programming:
Design and modify versatile workout routines incorporating elements of Pilates, yoga, cycling, and functional movement to cater to diverse client fitness levels.
Client Engagement:
Motivate clients through energetic coaching, clear cues, and personalized modifications to maximize engagement and results.
Education & Form Correction:
Educate clients on anatomy, biomechanics, and proper body mechanics to enhance movement awareness and prevent injury.
Equipment Care:
Ensure all reformers and power plates are used correctly, cleaned, and maintained in excellent condition; execute safe manual handling techniques.
Community Building:
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client feedback, tracking progress, and fostering an inclusive, welcoming studio environment.
Compliance & Growth:
Maintain current CPR/AED and First Aid certifications; stay updated on industry trends and exercise safety protocols.
Qualifications & Experience Certifications Required:
LAGREE Athletic Mat + Reformer Pilates Certification ( Required ). Current CPR/AED and First Aid Certification ( Required ).
Experience:
Proven experience teaching group reformer fitness classes. Prior experience with Power Plates, yoga, cycling, functional training, or dance/coaching is strongly preferred.
Knowledge:
Strong, practical understanding of anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and exercise progression/regression.
