Job Description
Job Overview Looking for an experienced personal trainer to join a fast growing team! Trainers will travel from building to building training clients in different locations, being creative with equipment and changing environments. Explore the city and get a coffee in-between clients! We are one of the fastest growing training companies in Nashville. Join the ground floor and be part of something big. Trainers must have 3 years of in person full time training to be considered! Excellent skills in injury prevention, nutrition, planning, and organization are a needed. Trainers will also be eligible for bonus pay for: client retention, meal plans, accountability sessions, and future profit sharing potential. Duties Design customized training programs that align with clients' objectives and abilities. Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and ensure clients perform exercises safely and effectively. Monitor client progress during training sessions. Maintain a clean and organized training space, ensuring all equipment is in good working condition. Stay updated on industry trends, new training techniques, and certifications. Experience The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications: Proven experience in personal training or related fields such as physical education or group fitness instruction. At least 3 years experience training is a big plus. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, body mechanics, and program design principles. Familiarity with health club or gym environments and the ability to work effectively within them. Ability to travel to clients A passion for health and wellbeing of your clients Highly communicative Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. A proactive approach to sales, with the ability to promote services effectively. Relevant certifications in personal training or fitness instruction are preferred.
