We want to grow our team! Looking for a reliable Personal Trainer / Fitness Coach to join our team on a part-time basis. This role focuses on coaching clients across one-on-one sessions, small group training, and group fitness classes. Programming is provided, so the ideal candidate will excel in coaching, communication, and delivering an outstanding client experience.Key Responsibilities:
Coach one-on-one personal training sessions using provided programs Lead small group personal training sessions with attention to individual needs Instruct high-energy group fitness classes with clear, confident leadership Demonstrate and reinforce proper exercise technique and safety Provide modifications and progressions based on client ability Build positive relationships with clients to support consistency and retention Maintain a clean, organized, and professional training environment Arrive prepared and on time for all scheduled sessionsQualifications:
Current Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACE, NSCA, or equivalent required) CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain) Strong coaching and communication skills Ability to engage both individuals and groups effectively Positive, energetic, and professional attitude Reliable with a strong work ethic Availability for flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, or weekendsPreferred Skills:
Experience coaching group fitness and/or small group training Ability to manage multiple clients while maintaining quality coaching Background in strength training or functional fitness Customer service or client-facing experienceCompensation & Benefits:
