The North Rutherford YMCA is Now Hiring for
Wellness Floor Attendant Position Type:
Part-time Pay Range starts at $13 per hour (or more depending on experience)

Days and Times vary by location•Hey there! Do you love fitness and enjoy helping others reach their wellness goals? If that sounds like you, we'd love to have you join our team at the YMCA of Middle TN as a Wellness Floor Attendant!
What You'll Be Doing:
You'll be the friendly face greeting our members in the Wellness Center, helping them feel confident and comfortable with their workouts. From guiding members on proper equipment use to recommending wellness programs and offering encouragement, you'll play a key role in their fitness journeys. You'll also ensure the space stays clean, safe, and welcoming for everyone.
What You'll Need:
Minimum Age:
18 High school diploma or equivalent preferred Prior customer service or fitness experience is a bonus A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for healthy living
Certifications Required:
