Group Fitness Instructor Hero Training - 4.0 Allen, TX Job Details Part-time From $25 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Certified Personal Trainer CPR Certification Interpersonal skills Sports coaching experience Community relationship building AED Certification Full Job Description About Hero Training Hero Training is a results-driven fitness facility focused on helping everyday athletes improve their strength, endurance, confidence, and overall health through structured group training and personalized coaching. Position Summary Hero Training is seeking an energetic, reliable, and motivating Group Training Coach to lead group fitness classes and create an exceptional member experience. The ideal candidate is passionate about fitness, enjoys building relationships with members, and can confidently coach individuals of all fitness levels in a group setting. Responsibilities Lead group training classes in a safe, professional, and energetic manner Demonstrate and coach proper exercise technique Modify workouts for members with injuries, limitations, or varying fitness levels Provide motivation, accountability, and encouragement to members Arrive early to prepare equipment and ensure classes are ready to begin on time Maintain a clean and organized training environment Build positive relationships with members and contribute to community growth Assist with member onboarding and fitness assessments when needed Uphold Hero Training coaching standards and culture Qualifications Current CPR/AED Certification (required) Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, NSCA, ACSM, or equivalent preferred) Experience coaching group fitness classes preferred Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to coach movement patterns including squats, hinges, pushes, pulls, carries, and conditioning exercises Passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals Reliable transportation and punctual attendance Compensation $25 per class coached Additional $10 closing/setup bonus when responsible for preparing the gym for the following day Independent Contractor (1099) position Availability Monday-Friday 12pm-12:45pm Friday 5:30pm-6:15pm What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who: Creates a positive and welcoming environment Can coach both beginners and experienced athletes Takes initiative and ownership Represents the Hero Training brand professionally Wants to grow with a rapidly expanding fitness business To Apply Send your resume and a brief introduction explaining your coaching experience and why you'd be a great fit for Hero Training.
