In this role, you will develop personalized workout plans, deliver engaging coaching sessions, and foster a positive environment that motivates individuals to achieve their health and fitness goals. Your expertise in biomechanics, physiology, and nutrition will empower clients to improve their strength, endurance, and overall well-being. Responsibilities Design customized workout programs tailored to each client's goals, fitness level, and medical considerations Provide motivational coaching that encourages clients to push their limits safely and confidently Conduct fitness assessments, including biomechanics and body mechanics evaluations, to inform program development Deliver group fitness classes and personal training sessions with enthusiasm and professionalism Educate clients on proper exercise techniques, injury prevention, first aid procedures, and nutrition fundamentals Maintain accurate records of client progress, session notes, and program adjustments Build strong rapport with clients through effective communication, active listening, and exceptional customer service Clean work area and attend meetings and close gym Qualifications Proven experience in personal training, sports coaching, or fitness instruction with a focus on client engagement and program design Knowledge of biomechanics, physiology, anatomy, and body mechanics essential for safe training practices Certifications in CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation), AED (Automated External Defibrillator) operation, first aid, and liability insurance required Experience teaching physical education or group fitness classes is highly desirable Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while demonstrating proper manual handling techniques Strong understanding of fitness sales strategies and client communication skills to promote services effectively Familiarity with health club operations, gym environments, and fitness industry standards is preferred Join us as a Certified Personal Trainer and be part of a passionate team dedicated to transforming lives through fitness.
