• Onyx Athletic Club is opening its newest location — Onyx Flow — in downtown Brenham, TX, with grand opening targeted for October 1, 2026.

We're looking for 3+ instructors to join our founding team teaching Mat Pilates, Yoga, and Sculpt in a boutique, infrared-heated studio.

Position type:

W-2 employee, part-time to start, hourly pay. What you'll teach (one or more of):

• Mat Pilates
• Yoga
• Sculpt/Strength Ideal Requirements (
• training certification available for qualified candidates):
• A current, nationally recognized certification in at least one of the above disciplines:

• Pilates:

  Balanced Body, Pilates Method Alliance (PMA), Polestar, or BASI

• Yoga:

  RYT-200 minimum (Yoga Alliance)

• Group Fitness:

  ACE, NASM, ACSM, or AFAA
• Current CPR/AED certification
• Reliable transportation to the downtown Brenham studio
• Availability to teach a mix of early-morning, evening, and weekend classes
• Willingness to attend brand/choreography training and shadow a class before teaching solo Nice to have:
• Cross-trained across more than one of our three formats
• Prior experience building a class following or community
• Comfortable representing a boutique studio brand voice in person and on social

Onyx Athletic Club is expanding from its Detroit flagship into downtown Brenham, TX with Onyx Flow — a heated boutique studio built around community, strong instruction, and a distinctive class experience, drawing clients from Brenham and the surrounding area.
