Job Summary and Responsibilities As our Group Fitness Instructor, you will inspire and empower our members to achieve their health and wellness goals, creating engaging and effective workout experiences. You will be a key contributor to fostering a vibrant and supportive fitness community.
Every day you will lead dynamic group exercise classes, demonstrating proper form and technique, providing modifications, and offering encouragement to participants of all fitness levels. To be successful in this role, you must possess strong communication skills, a comprehensive understanding of exercise physiology and anatomy, and relevant certifications in group fitness instruction.
