Job Summary Good afternoon, My name is Lee Quisenberry, owner of Team Fitness. We are seeking an energetic and passionate Aqua Fit/Aqua Zumba Instructor to join our vibrant fitness team! We are looking for a quality AquaFit or Aqua Zumba instructor to conduct the first class on Wed. Sept. 30th 6-7pm. The class will be held at a Luxury Apartment Community in Burleson. This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to teach with the chance of more classes in the surrounding area. Duties Lead high-energy Aqua Fit and Aqua Zumba classes that cater to diverse fitness levels, ensuring safety and enjoyment for all participants Demonstrate proper exercise techniques, body mechanics, and movement modifications tailored to individual needs Develop innovative water-based workout programs incorporating elements of biomechanics, physiology, and group fitness principles Motivate participants through positive coaching, clear communication, and personalized encouragement to maximize engagement and results Ensure all safety protocols are followed, including manual handling practices, first aid readiness, CPR certification, and AED operation Maintain a clean, organized class environment by setting up equipment and ensuring water safety standards are upheld at all times Provide excellent customer service by addressing participant questions, offering modifications, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere
Pay:
$50.00 - $60.00 per hour Expected hours: 1.0 per week
