Group Fitness Instructor

Position Overview Rover House is looking for a high-energy, music-driven Group Fitness Instructor to lead dynamic classes that blend athletic performance, motivation, and community. This role is for someone who can command a room, create an unforgettable class experience, and inspire clients to push past limits while feeling supported and empowered. We're seeking instructors with strong stage presence, confidence on the mic, and a passion for movement, music, and human connection. Responsibilities Lead high-energy group fitness classes with confidence, rhythm, and intention Deliver motivating coaching cues focused on form, endurance, strength, and mindset Create an immersive experience through music, lighting, and class flow Build meaningful relationships with members and foster strong community energy Arrive prepared with class programming, playlists, and equipment setup Maintain a safe and inclusive environment for all fitness levels Demonstrate exercises and provide modifications when needed Encourage member retention through positive engagement and consistency Assist with studio events, promotions, and community activations when needed Represent Rover House professionally both in-studio and online Ideal Candidate Passionate about fitness, music, wellness, and community Strong presence and confidence leading a room Motivational, energetic, and personable coaching style Ability to create a luxury fitness experience that feels empowering and elevated Team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills Comfortable using microphones CPT (NASM) CPR/AED certification preferred What We Value At Rover House, we value energy, authenticity, connection, and growth.
