Our Pilates studio features state-of-the-art equipment, including Balanced Body Reformers, Combo Chairs, Ladder Barrels, mats, hand weights, and additional Pilates accessories. The ideal candidate is confident leading group reformer classes, provides clear instruction, and creates a welcoming environment where members feel challenged and supported. Responsibilities Lead dynamic group Reformer and Mat Pilates classes Provide clear instruction, demonstrations, modifications, and corrections Ensure members use proper form and equipment safely Create effective class programming for beginner, intermediate, and advanced participants Greet members and build positive, professional relationships Help members feel comfortable and confident in the Pilates studio Maintain an organized, clean, and safe class environment Inspect and properly reset equipment before and after each class Support member participation and retention by delivering a consistent, high-quality experience Promote Kinective's Pilates programs and class offerings during member interactions Follow Kinective's mission, values, safety procedures, and service standards Complete other Pilates-related responsibilities assigned by the General Manager or Group Fitness Manager Qualifications Current Pilates certification from a recognized training program Training or experience with Reformer-based Pilates Ability to confidently lead group Reformer classes Understanding of proper Pilates technique, alignment, and equipment safety Ability to provide modifications for different fitness levels and physical limitations Strong communication and customer-service skills Dependable, professional, energetic, and comfortable building relationships with members CPR/AED certification or willingness to obtain certification within a designated period Preferred Qualifications Comprehensive Pilates certification covering Mat and apparatus instruction Experience with Balanced Body Reformers, Combo Chairs, and Ladder Barrels Previous experience teaching group Pilates classes Experience working in a premium fitness, wellness, or studio environment Position Details Job type:
